Charlotte Marathon | Social Media

Back in 2016, we partnered with the Novant Health Charlotte Marathon to update their brand and build city-wide excitement around Charlotte’s hometown marathon. You can learn more about the Charlotte Marathon’s full rebranding package here.

Part of our multi-channel strategy to increase engagement and conversation was to revitalize the Charlotte Marathon’s social media accounts. To get them started, we created social media tiles to announce the rebrand and provided recommendations and strategy for future posts. Since the 2016 rebrand, we continue to provide social media support by designing five social media tiles per month and we meet with the Charlotte Marathon’s marketing team monthly to discuss ideas for both attracting new followers and engaging their current followers.
